We make small-batch cookie dough using simple ingredients. Our products are traditional cookie dough and must be baked before eating. Please review the Product Use & Safety section below before purchasing.

Our products are not intended to be consumed raw.

They contain raw flour and eggs and must be fully baked before eating. Consuming raw dough may increase the risk of foodborne illness.

• You understand the risks associated with consuming raw or undercooked ingredients

Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

Shipping, Delivery, & Storage

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier. 

Our cookie dough is perishable and must be kept refrigerated or frozen at all times. For best quality, we recommend storing the dough frozen until ready to bake. Do not leave at room temperature for extended periods.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made by Marge shall not be liable for any damages arising from the misuse of our products, including failure to follow baking or food safety instructions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
