Prep 'Em
Preheat the oven to 345°F.
Grab the dough from the freezer (don’t thaw), and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Six cookies per pan is best.1 -
Bake 'Em
Bake for 12–15 minutes on the middle rack.
12 minutes if you love a gooey center, 15 minutes for a more well-done cookie.Note: For our Gluten-Free cookies, bake for 14-16 minutes — 14 for a gooey center and 16 if you like 'em more well done.

Let 'Em Cool
Let cool for 15–20 minutes before enjoying.
They’re still baking to perfection as they're cooling. For a thicker cookie, push the edges to center while it's cooling.It’s worth the wait, we promise.
